After entering the desired shipping country, city and other information in the international shipping section of the website, you will be offered gift options available for delivery in that city. Considering that the website for international deliveries is not yet complete and is constantly updated with new countries, cities and assortment, if you do not find a suitable option, you can write to us, in which case they will be sent to you via viber/whatsapp, before they are added to the website.

Considering that the presented gifts are not represented by one partner, depending on the city, the selected gifts and the delivery date, sometimes their simultaneous delivery is not possible. In that case, ordered gifts are shipped separately.

International deliveries are made within the same day, according to the delivery schedule of the given partner.

In some cases, gifts are delivered not on a specific day, but within several days via delivery service.

It is not always possible to call the addressee in advance.

In the absence of the addressee, the courier has the right to hand over the gift to a third party (neighbour, employee, doorman, administrator, etc.) to deliver it to the addressee, deliver to a collection point for pick-up by the addressee, or leave it at the address (in front of the door).

The courier himself decides which of the above options to choose.

In the case of orders delivered through delivery services, force majeure situations occur very rarely, in which case delivery of the order may be delayed.

4u.am is not responsible for the orders that were delivered or could not be fulfilled due to the inaccuracy of the address or the recipient not answering the phone calls.

On holidays (January 1, January 6, February 14, March 8, May 1, May 14, June 1, June 18, September 1, November 27, December 25, December 31 and other national holidays) the order should be made a few days earlier (depending on the city of delivery and the type of gift: 3-20 days in advance).
